Transform MedEd 2018. Global Challenges, Local Impact. 9-10 November 2018. Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Singapore

Jointly organised by the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU Singapore and School of Medicine, Imperial College London, the inaugural Transform MedEd conference took place on 13-14 November 2018 in Singapore with a focus on transformation of medical education through innovation and new technologies. Aiming to tackle Global Challenges for Local Impact, the conference explored three key themes: Transforming People, Transforming Practice and Transforming Policy.

The two-day conference offered insight from a range of international experts from the world of medical and healthcare education and featured key speakers including Professor Subra Suresh, Professor Simone E Buitendijk, Professor Dame Parveen Kumar, Professor Henk Schmidt, Professor Peter Abrahams, Ms Farhana Nakhooda and Professor Debra Nestel.
